Order Changes and Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order any time after after is has been submitted you will incur a cancellation fee of 40% on regularly priced items, except bridesmaid dress or a fee of 50% on any closeout or clearance items. Bridesmaid dresses are final sale items and cannot be returned or canceled at any point once the order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Dresses

We inspect every gown for defects or damage before it is shipped to the customer. We do not have our bridal gowns drop shipped directly to the customer for this reason. If you notice damage or defect in your gown, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.

 

We must receive the item back in our store within 5 days after the RMA has been issued at which point we will have the item inspected by one of our staff members. If we find that the item is damaged or defective, we will have new merchandise sent out to you as quickly as possible. If we find that the item is not damaged in any way, or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you

Bridal Gown, Flower girl and Prom/Evening Dress Returns

All gowns except bridesmaids that are returned can either be returned for a refund minus a 30% restocking fee OR can be exchanged one time where a store credit will be issued for the full amount of the item(s) minus a $25.00 handling fee. Any shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable. All exchanges are final sale with no returns allowed.

 

You must contact us within 2 days of the gown being delivered to you to receive a return authorisation number. The dress must be shipped back to us the day before the wear date you indicate on the order form.

 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. It is recommened that the product be sent back via a method that has tracking information and insurance. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages that are damaged while in transit back to our store.

 

We must receive the item within 5 days of issuing the exchange authorisation. The amount of the credit will be the amount paid for the item less the restocking fee mentioned above plus the shipping charges incurred by us to ship the dress to you. The credit will be issued to your original payment type. Please allow 15 days from the day the item is received in our store for the processing of the refund.

 

All store credits will be good for 6 months from the date the returned item is received in our store. Any credit that is not used within 6 months is forfeit.
